About us

At Maidstone Outdoor Fitness, we’re more than just a workout group — we’re a thriving community. Since launching, our team has grown into a diverse mix of members of all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels. Whether you’re just getting started or you’ve been training for years, you’ll feel right at home.

Our sessions are designed to challenge you, push your limits, and help you achieve results you can be proud of — all while having a genuinely great time. Laughter, encouragement, and a shared sense of achievement are at the heart of every workout.

But the fun doesn’t stop when the session ends. Many of our members have formed amazing friendships, and we love getting together outside the park for social events, days out, and the occasional adventure. And yes… there always seems to be an impressive supply of home‑baked cakes, biscuits, and snacks making an appearance after training!

At Maidstone Outdoor Fitness, we’re a community first, fitness group second. Training together is just the start — we love getting together outside of class to enjoy new experiences, celebrate achievements, and simply have a great time with great people.
